The nursery and gardens, designed and created since 1999, are now a plantsperson’s delight.
Having crossed the track of the Woodseaves Miniature Railway you will find yourself in the grassed car parking area. From there you will be instantly transported into a garden that feels tranquil and intriguing.
The path through the top nursery leads to the display rose tunnel holding the major selection of shrub, climbing and rambler roses. Take a turn right before the tunnel, crossing the railway line adjacent to the station, to gain access to the main nursery. Here you will find garden displays containing the majority of perennials, with the central selection for sunny positions and the outer zone containing shade-loving plants.

Woodseaves Garden Plants is a specialist plant nursery, propagating from our own stock and supplying direct to the public from our tranquil garden in Woodseaves (just outside Market Drayton).
With an enduring passion for plants, the nursery was opened in 1999 and is still being developed and extended. In 2006 and 2007 we submitted designs for the RHS Tatton Horticultural Show on behalf of the Cottage Garden Group. We grew the plants from our own stock and were rewarded with Silver and Silver Gilt medals.
Whether you are a seasoned gardener, a collector of old roses, or are just starting out we can help you find the right plant. We specialise in historic roses and old, cottage garden perennials, whilst embracing modern varieties.
